We invite you to attend the FACT Cellular Therapy Accreditation Workshop, to be held on Tuesday, February 3, before the Tandem Meetings, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Accreditation Workshop will be held in the Grand Ballroom.

Host: Joe Lynch, MD

This interactive workshop is designed to describe FACT's Accreditation process in an engaging format. Experienced speakers in the field will present various accreditation topics, including case studies and opportunities to discuss real-life scenarios with your colleagues. Presenters will discuss accreditation requirements and expectations, how to position your organization to pursue accreditation, methods for maintaining accreditation, and tips for avoiding and correcting common citations. Additional discussion areas include audits and corrective action plans to improve clinical outcomes and data management. You may also want to attend the Quality Boot Camp on February 2nd!
