We invite you to APPLY to become a Clinical FACT Inspector and attend the FACT Inspector Training Course held prior to the Tandem Meetings on Tuesday, February 3rd, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. Inspector Training will be held in the Wasatch Room. This FACT Inspector Training Course is for inspector trainees only. Trainees must be approved and complete all pre-requisite material before attending the training. This includes:

What should be completed after the in-person training and before the training inspection is scheduled:

  • Evaluation of Training
  • Obtain your Certificate

This course provides trainees with practical, hands-on sessions facilitated by experienced FACT inspectors. FACT inspector trainees learn about technology tools, preparation essentials, common citations, the inspection processes, and what to expect after the inspection. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS: (PLEASE READ)

  • Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations.
  • Participants must bring a laptop. FACT will provide plug-ins and WiFi.
  • All pre- and post-requisite requirements must be completed before a training inspection can be scheduled and before becoming an active inspector.
  • Knowledge checks MUST be completed at least 2 weeks before the event date
  • Location: Hilton Salt Lake City Center 
  • Inspector Training: Wasatch Room
    • Check-in: 7:30 AM
    • Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Inspector Trainees must attend for the duration of the training.
