This on-demand workshop, designed to describe FACT's Standards and accreditation process in an engaging format facilitated by experienced FACT instructors, originally included case studies and opportunities to discuss real-life scenarios with your colleagues. Presenters discussed requirements and expectations for accreditation, how to position your organization to pursue accreditation, methods for maintaining accreditation readiness, and avoiding and correcting common citations. Additional discussion areas included meeting Standards by collaborating with the clinical program and how chain of identity & chain of custody can help when things don’t go as planned.
