Overview

We invite you to APPLY to become an Inspector and attend the FACT Inspector Training Course held Tuesday, February 11, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort before the 2025 Tandem Meetings. The FACT Inspector Training Course is for inspector trainees only. Trainees must complete all prerequisites before attending. This course provides trainees with practical, hands-on sessions facilitated by experienced FACT inspectors. FACT inspector trainees learn about technology tools, preparation essentials, common citations, the inspection processes, and what to expect after the inspection.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

• The event price does not include your hotel stay. For housing options, please visit the Tandem registration site.
• You will receive a registration confirmation via email.
• After the event is completed, you will be marked as attended. Return to https://learn.factglobal.org, locate your dashboard, and complete any remaining modules in the training course and the event evaluation. The evaluation is required to obtain your certificate and associated credit. 
• To complete the evaluation, visit https://learn.factglobal.org and locate your dashboard. Select the Inspector Training Course and then the Evaluation. All completed modules will be marked with a green checkmark.
• Once the evaluation is complete, your certificate will automatically appear on the screen. You can print or save the certificate. If you wish to obtain the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit Certificate, please have your NPI # ready to enter. We are required to report credit based on NPI numbers and credentials. Note: If you do not have your credentials listed in your profile, please be sure to update your profile with your current credentials (MD, DO, PhD, etc.)
• Check your printer's settings and choose the option "print with background graphics."
• You can always return to the dashboard for a transcript of your education anytime or reprint your certificate.

Credit Information

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS) through the Joint Providership of Edward-Elmhurst Health and FACT. Edward-Elmhurst Health is accredited by the Illinois State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education to physicians.
